Adult Karate: (Ages 13 and up) Looking to be able to defend yourself in any precarious situation? Looking to get into great shape? Interested in learning about the ancient culture of martial arts? Well then our Adult Karate program has something to offer you and more! Whether you are a beginner or an advanced student, we will teach you real and effective martial arts for every situation! Our style is a mix of Karate, Kung Fu, Boxing, Judo, Aiki Jutsu, and Grappling, and our goal is to make you the best well-rounded martial artist you can be!
MMA:(Mixed Martial Arts)-(Ages 16 and up)Learn what's becoming the most electrifying sport in the world today! Our MMA program teaches a blend of Boxing, Judo, Muay Thai, Grappling, and Karate. Get yourself in phenomenal shape and become a ring ready warrior in both mind and body! The Edge: (Women's Self Defense) Ages-13-and up. The Edge is a self defense program from women to give them the edge they need to be proactive and to be able to avoid or escape potentially harmful or deadly situations. Our program will teach you how to effectively use your body as well as other objects as weapons and view self defense in a different way!
