Question: Where are you located?

Our school is located at 2375 State Route 414, Waterloo, NY, 13165.

We also teach classes in Auburn at The Center 1Hoffman St. Auburn NY 13021. We also teach in Weedsport NY. at the Weedsport high school.Opening February 1st 2012 our new location in Solvay NY.

Question: What age groups do you teach?

We offer different programs and schedules for all age groups. We teach children as young as 3 years old and adults of any age.

Question: Do I need to be in shape to start?

No, everyone in martial arts are at different fitness levels. In time, our programs will increase your fitness and flexibility.

Question: Why should I train with you and not elsewhere?

The basis of martial arts training is self defense. Many martial arts school's method of instruction will help you get in good physical shape, but their self defense training is inadequate. At our school, we teach effective fighting techniques that will work in any situation.

Question: How safe are your classes?

Our students safety is to the utmost importance to us. Every class is run by one or more qualified black belt instructors in a controlled environment. Techniques are taught according to each student's skill level and physical ability.

Question: Do you offer a trial program?

Yes! All new students start out with our 3 lesson private or semi/private introductory program. In this time, you will meet our instructors, see our school, observe our classes and have an opportunity to experience our training program yourself! This also allows us to evaluate your skill and fitness level and teach you some basic techniques and etiquette, which will make your transition into regular training a smooth one.
